Where is Bob Forrest Now?

If you’re a fan of 90s alternative rock, then you’ll definitely know who Robert O’Neil “Bob” Forrest is. Forrest, born in 1961, is best known for his time with Thelonious Monster and The Bicycle Thief. While he’s had a few other minor hits along the way, Forrest is most famous for his work with these two iconic LA bands. But even if you’re not familiar with his music, you’ve probably heard his voice – he’s lent his voice to a number of commercials and video games over the years. So who is Robert O’Neil “Bob” Forrest, and what does he have to say for himself?

Robert O’Neil “Bob” Forrest (born February 15, 1961) is an American musician best known for his work with Los Angeles bands Thelonious Monster and The Bicycle Thief. Forrest, a recovering drug addict, has been a healing advocate for years and is a co-founder of the Gold House Recovery Center.

He currently hosts podcasts called “Rehab Bob” and “The Don’t Die Podcast”. Forrest is the former director of the chemical addiction program at Las Encinas Hospital. In 2010, he and co-founder Shelly Sprague launched Hollywood Recovery Services.
