Kendrick Lamar stepped into the world of cinema to make a movie with some of the industry’s most famous creators. What is the plot and release date of the movie?
The famous rapper will co-produce the yet-to-be-titled film alongside South Park co-creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, according to Hip Hop DX.
The film will be a live-action comedy under the umbrella of Paramount Pictures. Also joining him is his creative partner and former manager, Dave Free.

Above the Line reported that the film will center on the story of a young black man who works as an intern at a living history museum. His main role is that of a slave reenactor.
However, along the way, he discovers that his white girlfriend’s ancestors once used him as a slave. As of this writing, no actors have been announced to appear in the film.
Trey Parker will direct the film, with Dave Freee serving as producer and Kendrick Lamar under pg Lang.
Filming for Paramount Pictures is set to begin later this year. Originally scheduled to start last year, Parker and Stone had other plans in their hectic schedules.
